Examples of Our Work

The Cube D’arenberg (SA)

The idea to build the d'Arenberg Cube came to Mr. Chester Osborn in 2003. Inspired by the complexities and puzzles of winemaking, Chester created the idea of a cube-shaped building. Each of the five levels have been carefully designed to entice and excite the senses, including features such as a wine sensory room, a virtual fermenter, a 360 degree video room, and many other tactile experiences. Visitors are encouraged to explore the Alternate Realities Museum, located on the ground floor, and view the many art installations on display.

Our SA dedicated branch, Baker Foodservice Equipment, was engaged to undertake the works on the kitchen including Waldorf cooking equipment (low back versions), Skope refrigeration and custom manufactured stainless steel. Our Project Managers have worked in closely with the head chefs to ensure they are getting the best out of the equipment by providing personalised training sessions in our showroom facilities located in our South Australian Branch, at Dry Creek.

Hilton Adelaide Hotel (SA)

The highly sort after Hilton Adelaide Hotel project was a project we were built for and won. With a bespoke refrigerated cake and charcuterie case specified in the project, there was only really one company that could handle such a design. Along with locally manufactured refrigerated displays, we also supplied and installed Zesti custom manufactured Char grill, Smoker and electric pizza oven which is a standard for Hilton Hotel sites across the world.

Skope was the specified supplier for the remote refrigerated cases, with the Waldorf Bold in black by Moffatt being the Kitchen equipment supplied on plinth with amazing results. Other specialised equipment included Cooktek Incongneeto induction units, Halton exhaust hoods, and custom manufactured stainless steel equipment. We worked with Mossops on this project who along with the client were wrapped with the end product.

University of South Australia (SA)

We have been entrusted by University of South Australia and Mossops builder for new works on kitchens, cafes, cool rooms, freezer rooms and custom manufactured stainless steel equipment over a total of 4 sites: Magill Campus, Mawson Lakes Campus, City East Campus and City West Campus.

The logistics and coordination involved to complete these projects was mind boggling. From all reports the customer is very impressed with the work undertaken, along with the builder who we were working with on the project. Our SA Sales Executive spent many long hours completing drawings, coordinating trades and organising supplier’s equipment delivery and installation. Anyone who has worked on projects of such size understands the work involved, and the time it consumes. So well done to all who worked on the project.
