The Cube D’arenberg (SA)
The idea to build the d'Arenberg Cube came to Mr. Chester Osborn in 2003. Inspired by the complexities and puzzles of winemaking, Chester created the idea of a cube-shaped building. Each of the five levels have been carefully designed to entice and excite the senses, including features such as a wine sensory room, a virtual fermenter, a 360 degree video room, and many other tactile experiences. Visitors are encouraged to explore the Alternate Realities Museum, located on the ground floor, and view the many art installations on display.
Our SA dedicated branch, Baker Foodservice Equipment, was engaged to undertake the works on the kitchen including Waldorf cooking equipment (low back versions), Skope refrigeration and custom manufactured stainless steel. Our Project Managers have worked in closely with the head chefs to ensure they are getting the best out of the equipment by providing personalised training sessions in our showroom facilities located in our South Australian Branch, at Dry Creek.
